Viora Dental provides a Limited Warranty to the original purchaser of the product, ensuring the device body is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service conditions.

  • Product Name: Viora Dental Travel Pod (Ultrasonic/UV-C Cleaner)
  • Warranty Period: Twelve (12) Months from the date of the original purchase invoice.

If the product is confirmed to be defective under the terms of this warranty, Viora Dental will provide the following remedy:

  • Replacement: Replacement with a new or functionally equivalent refurbished product.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Our policy is Replacement Only, No Repair. We do not offer any repair services.

3. What is Not Covered

This Limited Warranty does not apply to the following conditions or damages, and such occurrences will void the warranty:

  3. Power Issues: Failures caused by using unofficial or non-standard power adapters or cables.
  4. Improper Cleaning: Failure to follow the cleaning and drying instructions outlined in the user manual.
  5. Physical Damage: Damage caused by accidental dropping, impact, or physical abuse.

B. Unauthorized Actions and Wear & Tear

  1. Unauthorized Modification: Repair, disassembly, or alteration performed by anyone other than Viora Dental or its authorized service center.
  2. Normal Wear and Tear: Routine degradation over time, such as cosmetic scratches, reduced battery capacity, or loose ports.
  3. Cleaning Prohibited Items: Cleaning items explicitly stated in the manual not to be cleaned, such as: pearls, soft gems, electronics, porous surfaces (wood, leather, fabric), or polycarbonate lenses.
