We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all VioraDental products. This policy is structured to ensure product integrity and hygiene standards.
30-Day Return Window
You may return eligible items for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return Eligibility (Strict Hygiene Standard)
For health and hygiene reasons related to personal care electronics (ultrasonic cleaners), the following strict conditions apply for a full refund:
- The item must be returned in its original, unused, and resalable condition.
- The product must include the original packaging, user manuals, and all accessories.
- We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been used, opened, or removed from their original sealed packaging.
Return Shipping Cost
The responsibility for return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:
- Defective or Incorrect Product (Seller Error): VioraDental covers the cost of return shipping.
- Buyer's Remorse (Change of Mind, No Longer Needed): The customer is generally responsible for the cost of return postage. This cost may be deducted from your final refund amount, unless a free return promotion is active at the time of purchase.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5–7 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
